What are the typical day-to-day responsibilities of a Junior Brand Manager?
You will assist in developing marketing campaigns, coordinate with advertising agencies and suppliers, and monitor competitor activities in the local market. Punctuality is important, though flexibility around cultural and religious holidays is common in local companies.
What career progression opportunities exist for Junior Brand Managers in Guyana?
With strong performance, you can advance to Brand Manager within three to five years, then to Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Director.
