MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – NSB OMEGA

REQUIREMENTS
Associate’s Degree in Engineering discipline or certificates from a Technical School in Mechanics or Electronics
Previous experience and expertise in electronics or Mecha-tronics to service the construction machinery
Mechanical aptitude required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Good problem-solving abilities, proactive, fast learner, good organizational and time management skills, positive attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot machines
Analyze reasons for machine shut downs
Reading drawings and diagrams
Testing machinery
Using appropriate tools to measure if component is damaged
Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair a broad range of mechanical systems and equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, power transmission systems, conveyors, cranes, and mobile equipment
Provide assistance in operating functions as necessary
