We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to help execute innovative campaigns and strengthen client relationships. Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing or a related field (or higher)
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Experience with social media advertising, website sales conversions, and client relations
Responsibilities
- Conduct marketing research to analyze competitors and strategies, presenting findings and recommendations. This includes:
- Price comparison analysis
- Mystery shopping
- Phone audits
- Other relevant market insights
- Complete follow-up calls daily, and add 10 new contacts to the WhatsApp group weekly.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns to engage and expand the customer base.
- Update content for both indoor and outdoor digital screens.
- Manage the customer database, adding 10 new customers per week to the WhatsApp group and email lists.
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) when the Ecommerce Sales Representative is unavailable.
- Conduct quarterly ISO audits to ensure compliance.
- Update the marketing medium file regularly to track the effectiveness of different channels.
- Revise and maintain the FAQ manual for up-to-date information.
- Manage projects by initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing tasks to achieve specific goals and meet deadlines. Lead any assigned marketing projects.
- Handle customer inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Organize website orders and respond to live chat queries.
Remuneration/Benefits
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:45 am – 4:30 pm, Saturday: 8:15 am – 12:30 pm
Compensation: This will be discussed in the interview.
