Key Responsibilities
- Answer and respond to all incoming calls during the night shift.
- Receive and respond to radio communications from Security Officers and Supervisors.
- Handle emergency calls and immediately contact the relevant Manager or Supervisor for assistance.
- Receive client calls, concerns, and complaints and report them to the appropriate person.
- Record all important calls, incidents, complaints, and messages received during the shift.
- Follow up with the relevant Manager or Supervisor when necessary to ensure urgent matters are addressed.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and security personnel.
- Provide accurate information during shift handover regarding incidents or outstanding matters.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Secondary school education with passes in English and Mathematics.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, security operations, or a similar role would be an asset.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to communicate clearly over the telephone and radio.
