RESTAURANT CREW MEMBER – SEK Consulting Inc.

The candidate will handle all essential customer service and food preparation to ensure smooth daily operations. Core duties include greeting guests, operating point-of-sales systems, assembling orders & maintaining strict health and safety standards. Candidate must be willing to: Work flexible shifts. Work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Work overtime when required. Be assigned to different restaurant locations if required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Welcome Guests, Answer menu questions, suggest items and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Order Fulfillment: Take orders via registers or headsets, process payment & ensure order accuracy.
  • Sanitation & Safety: Adhere to all health department regulations, sanitize workstations, and keep dining and kitchen areas clean.
  • Inventory & Stocking: Rotate stock, replenish stations and assist with unloading deliveries
