Job Description

The position of Senior Sales Manage at Techlify is principally responsible for developing and driving sales strategies and plans that will achieve agreed-upon quarterly & yearly sales targets for Techlify products and services. The sales manager will work closely with the pre-sales, post-sales, and marketing teams to execute strategies, developing sales pipelines, identifying and closing new business opportunities, designing and delivering compelling customer presentations while streamlining the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and driving sales strategies that are focused both on financial gain & customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Documenting technical requirements & specifications
  • Host daily, weekly and monthly team meetings to ensure effective collaboration
  • Lead & direct the sales team towards continuous improvement and evaluate team performance
  • Ensure the sales team is aligned with company goals and is well aware of all Techlify products & services
  • Organize training sessions for the team to ensure conversion
  • Responsible for identifying touch points and utilizing them to improvise sales pitches & future developments
  • Will be responsible for creating a sustainable pathway for long-term sales plans
  • Learning new business development techniques and exploring new sources for business
  • Conduct research to understand the strategies of competitors and the surrounding market
  • Analyses data and commercial trends to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement
  • Create and deliver compelling customer presentations
  • Work with pre-sales, post-sales, and marketing teams to support sales execution
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads and develop proposals that address customer needs
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in managing technical sales team
  • Good understanding of the IT industry and its sales practices
  • Must be able to increase clientele base
  • Must be commercially aware of the US/ Caribbean software industry
  • Must be willing to learn new things and apply new strategies in order to grow the business
  • Must be able to liaison between customers and software developers
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Excellent knowledge of SWOT analysis & risk management
  • Strong decision making & report writing skills
