DESCRIPTION
The Finance Clerk is responsible for various accounting functions. Under the direction the immediate supervisor, the finance representative follows established procedures in receiving and processing payment, analyzing and reconciling accounts and recording financial transactions.
REQUIREMENTS
- At lease Two (2) years working experience within the Accounting field.
- Certified and Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eight (8) subjects CXC/GCE inclusive of Mathematics, Accounts & English.
- Completion of Level III CAT.
- Ability to work well with minimum supervision.
- Must possess good oral, written, communication skills and problem solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation & Posting of Cheques
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation
- Aid in management account’s preparation.
- Reconciling of accounts and financial records in a timely manner.
- Maintain an orderly financial filing system.
