The Visa/Work Permit Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all permit and visa processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining effective communication with clients and resolving issues as they arise. The role provides leadership and direct supervision to the visa/permit team, monitors and reports on key performance indicators, and ensures accurate documentation and reporting. The position also supports compliance with company policies, including Quality, Health and Safety standards, and performs other duties as assigned by Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating all permits and visa processes.
  • All communications with clients in relation to permits and visa process
  • Reporting KPIs on the processes
  • Strategically solving issues in relation to clients’ visa process.
  • Demonstrate Leadership abilities and provide direct management to a team of professional individuals.
  • Effective professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills
  • Maintain compliance with all company Quality, Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Perform related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working in a Development and client support environment .
  • Experience in support web applications troubleshooting problems in a cross functional environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent industry experience
