ACCOUNTS SUPERVISOR – Silvie’s Industrial Solutions

• Diploma in Accounting / ACCA level 3 or equivalent accounting certification
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and /or Lightspeed

1. Prepare detailed Accounts Reports/Other reports:
   • Monthly, Quarterly & Annually
   • P & L (Monthly & Quarterly)
   • Balance Sheet (Yearly)
   • Budget (Annually in December)
   • Inventory Listing Report (Quarterly)
   • Receivables Report (Quarterly)
   • Cash Flow Statement (Quarterly)
   • Personal Financial Statement (Yearly)
   • YTD balance sheet and profit & loss (Monthly)
   • VAT Returns (Monthly Verification and Submission)
   • AR Aging Summary (Weekly/Quarterly)
   • Payables (Monthly & Yearly)
   • Send bank reconfiguration figure to CEO
2. Review Utility payments before payment – Monthly
3. Conduct Stock Audit – Monthly sample audits and financial audits quarterly
4. Verify all postings in QuickBooks and Point of Sales
5. Ensure all major GL’s are balanced and investigate discrepancies – Monthly
6. Plan, execute, and monitor the functions of the Accounts department efficiently
7. Provide training to current and new team members on areas of opportunities

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:45 am – 4:30 pm, Saturday: 8:15 am – 12:30 pm
