Key Responsibilities
- Collection of invoices and preparation of cheque payment.
- Preparing cheques for signature.
- Preparation of daily deposits and balancing end of day cash.
- Generating receipts for customers.
- Filing all invoices, payment vouchers and daily deposit reports.
- Filing all documents relating to accounting ie deposit documents and credit card statements.
- Responsible for coordinating, filing, and obtaining customer credit application forms, know your customer forms and supplier data forms.
- Preparing all journals for review and approval.
- Any other relevant duties as directed by the Management.
Requirements
- Level 1 ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of three (2) years’ experiences an accounting environment
- An ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Appreciation of basic principles in finance, accounting, human resources, marketing, information technology, etc.
