Key Responsibilities
- The Accounts Clerk is responsible for using accounting software to accurately process a range of financial transactions, including customer payments, accounts receivable and payables, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts, while ensuring all financial records remain current and well‑organized.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 CXC Subjects inclusive of Mathematics, English and Principles of Accounts Grade 1-3.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular MS Excel, MS Word, Email.
- Knowledge of accounting procedures in an office setting and experience in a similar role will be an asset.
- A minimum of one (2) years’ experience in accounting.
- Knowledge and experience of QuickBooks will be an asset.
