Requirements
- 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Management or Human Resource Management.
- 2. Post graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent certification.
- 3. Five (5) years’ experience in Human Relations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- 4. Experience with payroll systems, NIS and HR administrative processes.
- 5. Knowledge of the Labor Laws of Guyana and HR practices.
- 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
