We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in a Logistics and Transportation environment. The Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting the invoicing process and administrative functions of the organization. This includes processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, dispatching employees and providing clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and filing.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 CSEC Subjects.
  • Note: Persons that have recently completed CSEC and are awaiting results are welcome to apply.
  • On the job Training provided.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)- on the job training provided
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
