Requirements

  • 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Management or Human Resource Management.
  • 2. Post graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent certification.
  • 3. Five (5) years’ experience in Human Relations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • 4. Experience with payroll systems, NIS and HR administrative processes.
  • 5. Knowledge of the Labor Laws of Guyana and HR practices.
  • 6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 7. High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
