Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate accounting records for clients
  • Record transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries in QuickBooks
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly VAT forms for clients
  • Prepare monthly payroll, NIS and PAYE forms for clients
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management accounts
  • Prepare and maintain supporting schedules

Requirements

  • Minimum Five Subjects CXC (Including English, Mathematics & Accounts )
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
