Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare and process payroll in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and financial analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Prepare statutory returns, including NIS, PAYE, and VAT
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
- Provide general accounting support and perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Experience in auditing would be an asset (but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
