SALES CLERK – Palladium Motors Inc



The Ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting our marketing efforts, and contributing to achieving our sales goals.


  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (a plus in the automotive industry).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A positive attitude, a team player mentality, and a passion for the automotive industry are a plus.


  • Greet and assist customers, providing product information and answering inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer information.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Handle phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Manage inventory levels and update product listings.
  • Support promotional activities and special events as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Any other duties required by Management.
